These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of hockeyontv.com (the "Site"), operated by Syntrax Studios, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Informational use

The Site provides hockey TV and streaming schedule information for your personal, non-commercial use. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but schedules, channels and start times are set by leagues and broadcasters and can change without notice. We provide the information "as is" and can't guarantee it is complete, current or error-free. Always confirm with the broadcaster before making plans.

Third-party services and links

The Site links to third-party broadcasters and streaming services so you can watch games. We don't operate those services, don't control their content, availability, pricing or geographic restrictions, and aren't responsible for them. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.

Intellectual property

Our name, layout, editorial writing and original graphics are our property. Team names, league names, network names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used on the Site for identification and informational purposes only. The Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NHL, AHL, PWHL, ECHL, NCAA, any team, or any broadcaster.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Site unlawfully, scrape or republish it at scale, attempt to disrupt it, or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and won't be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its information, including a missed or misdescribed broadcast.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted here. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
